Town Council Vacancy on St Boisil Ward

Notices concerning a recent vacancy on St Boisil Ward have been published via the usual methods.

No requests have been received for an election to fill the vacancy.

Council will consider applications for co-option to fill the vacancy.

Each applicant should provide a 3 minute video statement or a 500 words written statement explaining their vision for Berwick.

This should be sent to admin@berwick-tc.gov.uk by no later than midday on Friday 17 June 2022.

The statements will be considered by Councillors at the meeting of Council on Monday 27 June 2022.

The Council will then hold a ballot or ballots, as required, and will resolve to co-opt the successful candidate.
