The site has been developed to be accessible and legible to as wide an audience as possible.
- PDFs may be read more easily using Acrobat Reader with the Make Accessible plug-in.
Downloading documents
Documents are provided in a number of different formats for downloading from the website. To view any document, you may need to download the appropriate reader:
PDFs (Portable Document Format) http://www.adobe.co.uk
Word documents (.doc format) may be read using Microsoft Word 97 or a more recent version. If you do not use MS Word, a Word reader can be downloaded from here.
Printing pages
Print Page - click on the link at the bottom of the page to view and print the page without the graphic design of the website
Screen resolution
The site is best viewed using a screen resolution of 1024 x 768 or higher and is designed to be compatible with all modern browsers.
Search
The website search allows you to perform a simple search. You will have more success in searching upon a number of words or a phrase, rather than just one word.
Text size
If the text size is too small or too large you can change it using the following instructions for your particular browser:
For Internet Explorer browsers
a) Open the ' View ' menu with your mouse, or by pressing ' Alt'+'V ' .
b) Select the ' Text Size ' option with your mouse, or by pressing ' X ' .
c) Choose the text size you require with your mouse or by using the up and down arrow keys and pressing 'Enter' or by clicking on it.
For Firefox browsers
a) Open the ' View ' menu with your mouse, or by pressing ' Alt '+' V '.
b) Select the ' Text Size ' option with your mouse or by pressing ' S ' twice.
c) Increase or decrease the text size with your mouse or by using the up and down arrow keys and pressing 'Enter'.
d) You can also press ' Ctrl ' and ' + ' to increase the text size, ' Ctrl ' and ' - ' to decrease the text size. ' Ctrl ' and ' 0 ' returns you to the default size.
For Opera browsers
You can easily make both text and graphics larger or smaller using the numberpad ' + ' and ' - ' keys. Each press will increase or decrease the size by 10%.

Translation
If you would like to have pages on our site translated into another language, please use either Yahoo, Free Translation or Google.
Unable to open a pdf?
Certain versions of Internet Explorer and Netscape Navigator don't allow pdf files to display in your browser window. To view them, hold the cursor over the PDF link and right click the mouse.
Select "Save target as". Save the pdf to an appropriate location then double-click on the file to open it in the new location.
