Bus Shelters

The Town Council is responsible for bus shelters throughout the town.  These were originally installed by the old Berwick-upon-Tweed Borough Council, which was disbanded in 2009.  Some are cleaned and maintained by Clearchannel, the rest are looked after on the Town Council's behalf by Northumberland County Council's NEAT officers.

Damage to any shelter should be reported in the first instance to the Town Council, on 01289 302391, or by email to info@berwick-tc.gov.uk 

The Town Council has added seats to a number of bus shelters, and is happy to consider further requests.
